Great way to add fiber to your breakfast!

I love adding Puuro to my breakfast oatmeal. It helps keep my blood sugars stable and keeps me full until lunch.

A delicious way to make my boring morning yogurt sexy

A fabulous subtle sweetness and berry flavor that is just dreamy in plain greek yogurt. A handful of berries and I've got the perfect fiber-rich breakfast with Puuro. The bright color makes breakfast fun and delicious.

Best way to start the day!

I start each morning with the Oat & Berry fiber mixed in with oat milk and some other supplements, like collogen. I shake vigorously and drink before my coffee. It helps add a cushion to my stomach before drinking coffee but most importantly it's been a game changer for my digestion. No more bloating and stomach aches! I've suffered with issues my whole life and have tried so many products and combinations of products with inconsistent results. This daily fiber has solved my chronic issues. I cannot recommend it enough!

Looking to add more fiber to my diet I was intrigued by Prebiotic Oat & Berry Fiber. It’s a really delicious addition to my smoothies that adds a touch of sweetness, but not too much, with only 3 grams of sugar and even a little protein. Perfect addition to my kids breakfast to boost fiber and nutrinional value

Love this discovery. All natural ingredients and nothing else. I add it to my kids oatmeal and breakfast pancakes to up their fiber intake and it adds a really nice flavor and also looks great. The kids call their pancakes "batman pancakes" because of the nice purple color this gives. I also add this to my own smoothies and love it.
